Second Quarter Newsletter
We have made it through half of the year and we are pleased to report that in spite of the difficulties facing our country and region Coldwell Banker Commercial Paradise nearly doubled the volume of our sales since our spring report. The Treasure and Space Coast has seen increased interest due to historically low interest rates and demand for investment in the region. 2020 continues to be a challenging year but our agents have been tenacious in their goals.
