Vincent Rossignol was in the Air Force for 8? years where he was with NORAD for his first tour of duty and then became a Boat Captain with the USAF Water Survival School for his second tour. After finishing his second tour he became a Captain on private yachts working for, and getting to know, some of the most successful business people in the world while working on some of the most prestigious Yachts and Sportfishermans in the world.After leaving the Marine Industry he was hired by a Corporation in Miami to handle problems with several properties owned by them, including mismanagement and environmental issues. After resolving the issues on the properties that needed attention in Dade County he was moved to their large ranch in Okeechobee as the manager, turning it into a profitable Cattle, Farming, Sod, Hay and Timber operationand served as a Board Member of the Okeechobee County Farm Bureau.During his time with the Corporation he worked with SFWMD, DEP, Florida Wildlife Commission and different City, County, State and Federal governmental organizations. He has experience in doing take-offs of site plans for the purpose of bidding on site development projects and then managing the site work itself.Since coming to work for Coldwell Banker Paradise he has produced over 100 Million Dollars and has worked with national companies such as Hughes Supply, 84 Lumber, ABC Supply, HD Supply, Centerline Homes and Lennar Homes to name a few. He has sold property all over the state of Florida from Panama City to Homestead and has helped clients locate properties across the U.S. and Canada.Vincent has the experience and tenacity to complete the job, no matter how difficult the task, which has continuously earned him Top Producer status. He also has his Yacht Brokers License in order to help his clients who enjoy being out on the water find the perfect boat for them to more fully enjoy the Paradise we live in.
